High-Protein Toast: 5 Quick Ideas With 25 g+ Protein
Share
Toast is the fastest meal there is, but jam or butter brings almost no protein. With the right topping, two slices give you 25 g or more in 5 minutes.
The trick is to use the bread as the base and put the protein on top: cottage cheese, eggs, fish or lean ham. Protein bread or wholegrain toast adds a few grams more.
