Air Fryer Salmon: 5 Easy Recipes with 35–45 g Protein in 10 Minutes
Share
Salmon from the air fryer is faster than the oven and less messy than the pan: 8–10 minutes at 200 °C and the fillet is done, with a crisp top and a soft inside. A 150 g fillet brings about 30 g protein, plus omega-3 fats.
Air fryer basics: preheat 3 minutes, don't overfill the basket, shake or turn halfway, and spray lightly with oil instead of pouring it. Times are for a 4–6 litre basket fryer.
