Air Fryer Protein Desserts: 6 Sweet Treats with 15–30 g Protein

Air Fryer Protein Desserts: 6 Sweet Treats with 15–30 g Protein

A warm dessert in the evening doesn't have to undo your day. In the air fryer, small portions bake in 8–15 minutes – and with quark, skyr or eggs they bring 15–30 g protein instead of just sugar.

Air fryer basics: preheat 3 minutes, don't overfill the basket, shake or turn halfway, and spray lightly with oil instead of pouring it. Times are for a 4–6 litre basket fryer.
