Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through Velion Physique. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Digital Products

Velion Physique sells digital fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and educational guides. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

The products are intended for general informational and educational purposes. They do not replace professional medical, nutritional or therapeutic advice.

3. Contract and Payment

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the checkout, the customer submits a binding order.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the purchased digital product will generally be made available for immediate download. A download link may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and compatible device.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. Personal-Use Licence

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal use only.

The customer may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital product or any part of it without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital products, designs, text, graphics, branding and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Velion Physique or their respective rights holders.

8. Health Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals. Customers should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise, nutrition or lifestyle programme, particularly if they have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or take medication.

Exercises and recommendations are performed at the customer’s own responsibility.

9. Technical Problems

If a customer experiences problems downloading or accessing a purchased product, they may contact us at velionphysique@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download.

10. Liability

Velion Physique remains liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
