Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Velion Physique sells digital content that is generally delivered immediately after successful payment.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun only if the customer:

1. expressly consents to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired; and
2. acknowledges that this consent causes the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Once these requirements have been fulfilled and the digital product has been delivered, refunds, returns and cancellations due to a change of mind are generally no longer available.

If the required consent has not been provided, the customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

Defective or Inaccessible Products

If a file is defective, incomplete, incorrect or cannot be accessed, please contact us. We will first attempt to correct the issue or provide a replacement download.

Statutory rights relating to defective digital content remain unaffected.
