4 puddings

  1. Vanilla pudding with skyr – cook a normal vanilla pudding with 250 ml milk and half a sachet of custard powder, let it cool a little, then stir in 150 g skyr. About 25 g per bowl.
  2. Chocolate pudding – same method with 1 tbsp cocoa, or chocolate custard powder. About 25 g.
  3. Protein semolina pudding – 40 g semolina in 300 ml milk, cooked, then 100 g quark stirred in off the heat. About 25 g.
  4. 2-minute no-cook pudding – 250 g low-fat quark, 1 tbsp cocoa or vanilla, a little sweetener and milk until creamy. About 30 g.

Tips

  • Always stir skyr or quark in off the heat – boiling makes it grainy.
  • Portion into small jars – they keep 2–3 days in the fridge.
  • Top with berries or a few nuts for texture.
