Honest Answers, Before You Buy

No face, no before-and-after photos, no reviews you can't check for yourself — on purpose. Here is exactly why, and what you get instead.

Why is there no name, face or photo of you on this site?

Deliberate, not evasive. The guides are built to work regardless of who wrote them — the training principles do not change because you can see my face. Keeping the focus on the system rather than a personal brand is the whole point. The legal notice has the full registered business details, and every licence claimed on this site can be verified on request.

Why should I trust a guide from someone I've never seen?

You should not have to take that on faith. Five German trainer licences are listed on the About page, including medical fitness training and back training — the two most relevant to a lot of what is sold here. And three guides are free, in full, no email required. Read one before you spend anything.

Where are the before-and-after photos?

There are not any, and there will not be. A "before" photo proves nothing about whether a programme will work for you specifically, and a convincing "after" photo is usually lighting and a different angle, not twelve weeks of training. Making one up to look more persuasive would be exactly the kind of claim these guides tell you to be skeptical of everywhere else. What is here instead: what a guide actually covers, stated plainly, so you can judge the content itself rather than a picture.

Who is Velion Physique not a good fit for?

Anyone who wants supervision, feedback on their form, or someone checking in on them — that is coaching, and it is not what is sold here. If you are dealing with an injury, a diagnosed condition, or pain that is getting worse, the right next step is a doctor or physiotherapist, not a PDF. And if you want a done-for-you plan you never have to think about, a static guide will feel like more structure than that.

What happens if a guide is not right for me?

Tell me. Email goes to the person who wrote the guide, not a support queue — see the contact page. If a file is broken or not what the product page described, it gets fixed under the refund policy. There is no subscription to cancel, because there is not one to begin with.

Is any of this medical advice?

No. A trainer licence is not a medical qualification, and nothing sold here is treatment or diagnosis. Where a problem belongs with a doctor, the guide says so before it sells you anything.

Who actually writes these?

One person. Me. Every guide, every article, every answer to a support email. No content team, no ghostwriters, nothing generated in bulk and lightly edited.
