High-Protein Flammkuchen: Tarte Flambée with 40 g Protein

Flammkuchen is normally thin dough, crème fraîche and bacon. Swap the base for a quark dough and the crème fraîche for skyr and you get a crispy dinner with roughly 40 g protein per half.

Base (2 halves): 150 g low-fat quark, 1 egg, 120 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, salt. Knead, roll out very thin on baking paper. Spread 150 g skyr mixed with salt and pepper on top, add toppings and bake at 220 °C for 12–15 minutes.
