Air Fryer Protein Snacks: 7 Crispy Snacks with 10–25 g Protein
Share
The air fryer is the easiest way to make crunchy snacks without a deep fryer. These seven bring 10–25 g protein per portion – a much better swap for crisps in the evening.
Air fryer basics: preheat 3 minutes, don't overfill the basket, shake or turn halfway, and spray lightly with oil instead of pouring it. Times are for a 4–6 litre basket fryer.
