High-Protein Chili con Carne: 45 g Protein per Bowl
Share
Chili is one of the best meal prep dishes there is: one pot, four portions, freezes perfectly. With lean mince, two kinds of beans and skyr instead of sour cream, each bowl brings about 45 g protein.
Base (4 bowls): 600 g lean beef mince, 2 onions, garlic, 2 peppers, 2 cans chopped tomatoes, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can black beans, cumin, chilli, paprika, oregano. Brown the mince, add the rest, simmer 30 minutes. Top each bowl with 100 g skyr.
