High-Protein Chicken Soup: 5 Warming Bowls With 35 g+ Protein
Share
Chicken soup is the classic when it is cold outside or you feel run down. With plenty of chicken breast and an egg or noodles, one bowl brings 35 g of protein or more – warming, light and very filling.
The trick for more protein is simple: more meat in the bowl. 150 g of chicken breast brings about 35 g of protein. Cook the broth from a whole chicken or chicken legs for flavour, then add extra breast meat.
