High-Protein Broccoli Recipes: 6 Meals With 30 g+ Protein

Broccoli has more protein than most vegetables, but it is still a vegetable. Paired with the right protein it becomes the base of a filling, high-protein dinner.

100 g of broccoli has roughly 3 g protein. That is a lot for a vegetable, but not enough for a meal. These recipes combine broccoli with beef, chicken, eggs, fish or cottage cheese to reach 30 g and more.
