Vegetarian Air Fryer Recipes: 6 High-Protein Meals with 25–40 g Protein
Share
Vegetarian protein often lacks texture – and that's exactly what the air fryer adds. Tofu turns crisp, halloumi gets golden, falafel needs no deep fryer. These six bring 25–40 g protein without meat.
Air fryer basics: preheat 3 minutes, don't overfill the basket, shake or turn halfway, and spray lightly with oil instead of pouring it. Times are for a 4–6 litre basket fryer.
